These are just some thoughts from us about our daily lives with pupils. It seems natural to think the Pro has a good and easy life, because he knows. Well, to some extent routines play into our lives very much so.
On the other hand, I do write down these lines to make me aware of the fact to not become complacent, to keep pushing, to try every day to make the best pupil out of the humans in front of me.
Here a few thought points from our side:
1. I need to show a strong initiative every day, I need to pull my Golfer with me, showing them that I want them to follow the path of improvement.
2. You have to be passionate to make a difference. If I can show that I care about the Golfers improvement, well being and bring the fun out, than productivity will be better instead of only waiting for the reward.
3. Be learners for life. Maintaining a learning process is rewarding and respected. Commitment is needed, be attentive to what you see and learn every day. I know my pupils teach me something everyday, I want to hold onto those lessons and be able to use them for the future to impart positive impact individually and collectively.
4. Find out where you are good at and where you can improve. It is important to always also lookout beyond your routines, challenge them and find ways to overcome adversity that might just show up different with the next pupil. Be resilient.
5. To find the best results, a Coach should show initiative to challenge the status quo in order to find the best version. Even when you fail, take initiative… this will take the learning to the next step.
6. Keep your goals refreshed and recreate believe in what you do. Be an innovator within your trusted framework. See how others do it, but know, just because they are doing it, it does not make the only way or the right way.
7. There is pressure, in all aspects of Golf Coaching and playing Sports in general. Put up with it when you feel it, show that you can handle it which in turn will forge the leader in you.
8. Always work on your explanations. Tech is awesome, make use of it. But never stop to learn how to talk. Rewind every lesson, every interaction and be concise about what you said, how it was perceived and what action it created. Re-do this process daily.

Un entorno precioso
No dude de esto, nuestra région es de las mas bonitas de Mallorca, sino la mas bonita. Claro, debemos decir esto, pero es que ni les mentimos. El campo esta por todo, las instalaciones como carreteras, paseos marítimos en perfecto estado. El parque natural que domina nuestro rincón del nord-este nos da esta posibilidad de poder salir de casa y en 10 mins estamos en la naturaleza. Las playas de arena y muchas con entorno natural. Los puertos son lo suficientemente pequeños como para poder andar por ellos y disfrutar de esta sensación de vacaciones.

Vacaciones que valían la pena
Nuestra meta: su tiempo mas precioso del año, sus vacaciones… hacerlos perfectos y ayudarles que desde la planificación hasta la vuelta no haya un solo dolor de cabeza. Por favor tomen nota, no incluidos aquellos dolores de cabeza que han sido causado por su gusto del vino Mallorquín.
La seguridad
Si algo es que tiene Mallorca, es la seguridad. Tenemos la suerte que aquí por la noche puede andar por los pueblos y disfrutar de las luces como quedan en los muros de las casas naturales. Puede ir andando por la playa sin tener miedo. La Guardia Civil y las Policías Locales tiene una presencia continua y esto nos ayuda a poder disfrutar de este privilegio. En sus vacaciones no se debe de preocupar por su seguridad.
Disponibilidad todo el año
Uno de nosotros esta aquí siempre. Así no hay ”cerrado por vacaciones” cuando ustedes quiere mejorar su juego. Los campos de golf están abiertos todo el año, y especialmente en invierno es cuando esto esta bien tranquilo y esto les puede resultar muy beneficioso. Por que no ir cuando no hay mucha gente en el campo? Especialmente cuando quiere empezar con este juego.

Never doubt this, our north eastern area of the Island of Majorca is the most spectacular in many ways. That’s why we live here. Nature is everywhere, lovely walks on the beach fronts, the natural park just next to the golf course. Sandy beaches, beautiful little harbours with restaurants… you have it all for a relaxing holiday!

Holidays, that are really worth the while
Our goal: make your holiday the best ever. From planning to the actual week here with us and back home. Please take note, we can not be responsible for headaches you get when doing the mallorquin wine ”thing” in the evening.
Security
Yes we are a secure place. We are lucky enough to be in a place that has always taken on guests from other areas of the mediterranean that have booked troubled spots. You can walk the streets and beaches at night. During your holidays you should not have to worry about anything else then relax and enjoy.
Availability all year round
One of us is always here. Even if you want to play in December. The golf courses are open all year, with usual daily temperatures never below 12 degrees.
Our weekly instructional courses usually start on a monday and end fridays. That because most of our guests travel from weekend to weekend. Should you need a different starting day, please let us know. We will do our best.
